3 n00b Questions

Hello:

Thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way so far. There truly is a wealth of knowledge here (some good, some bad). ;) Anyway, 3 DUMB questions:

1. How the hell do I use the "squat cage"?
2. Can anyone recommend a link that contains pics/description and good form for lifts? Mostly Deads, SL deads, Squats, etc.
3. What do all of the abbreviations stand for (DE, WR, ME, etc).

A sticky...what a great idea. I wonder how many times I have looked DIRECTLY at that the last few weeks...sorry about that.
 
DE = Dynamic Effort - AKA Speed
ME = Max Effort
Both of those above refer to the WSB (West Side Barbell) method of training.

PR = Personal Record - AKA more weight than previously done on given lift.
