So I was looking for some thoughts on what you EXPERIENCED tren/mast experts would think you might get results wise based on three different diet scenarios.
The constant in this hypothetical situation being the cycle.
8 weeks. Tren A and Mast P both @ 100mg EOD. Test C @ 250mg E5D.
Diet would be clean in all 3 scenarios. Based on LBM we would be working with apx 3100 cal for maintinence. Also 3-4 days of cardio a week. Stairs for 30-35 min 130+ BPM.
Body fat would be 10-11%. Abs visible but not shredded by any means.
Scenario 1) Running a 4-500 calorie deficit. <120g carbs ED, <60g fat. 350-375g protein daily(about 1.8g per lb of lbm)
Scenario 2) same shit just run at maintinence cals. fats would be closer to 80g and coplex carbs would be closer to 250g. Protein around 375-400 ED.
Scenario 3) same again but with a 6-700 cal surplus. 3-400g complex carbs, 150g fat, apx 400g protein ed.
The obvious answer is bulking and cutting here....duh. But if each scenario is kept tight what differences in BF% and mirror would one likely see?
