Ok, just finished up my 2nd short cycle, my third cycle total (first was a lower dose 8 day cycle to assess tolerance). I am quite impressed. I've been using 200mg caps of the powder DNP.
My first short cycle was 600-400-400-200 and I was very comfortable with only sides being slight fatigue and sweating (especially at night) as well as some hives on my legs that did not progress after I started quercetin 3g/day. I waited 5 days and then did a 3-day cycle of 800-400-400. The sides were only bad during the 2nd day when I got quite hot and sweaty and very fatigued but they began to subside on the third day. Supplements I took were vitamin C, E, selenium, glycerol, taurine, iron, ALA, zinc, calcium, and magnesium. I tried a teaspoon of potassium citrate to buffer the lactate buildup but it tasted horrendous and I couldn't force myself to do that again. As of today, I am 213.8# 3 days post-cycle and lost about 3 lbs (minimal if any LBM loss). It took a couple days for the water retention to subside and I expect I may lose another pound or so in the next few days. I used a topical yohimbine (lipoderm-Y) during my cycle as well and the results from that should become apparent soon as well. All in all, I definitely recommend 3-day cycles to anyone who is already experienced w/ DNP use and knows their tolerance levels. It's an amazing way to drop 2-3 lbs of fat with only one real day of miserable sides. I do know, however, that I won't be going above 800mg in a day.
