Even though I have 29" thighs, 3cc of test prop in my quads hurts so badly that I can't work-out for two days, but the same in my delts doesn't hurt at all. Everyone is different. You just have to try it and see how it feels.
It is going to leave a very obvious lump in your delts. Also, unless your delt development is fairly extreme, the muscle is really not large enough to perperly dispurse that much oil throughout it.
i've done 3cc/delt many times and my arms are by no means huge... i have developed a lot of scar tissue there and really only inject there when absolutely necessary anymore. i now stick to glutes/quads as much as possible.
I do up to 5 cc in delts sometimes : ..just inject slowly and there will be no leaking. Massage a bit afterwards and hit the gym and you should be fine imho

I do 3ccs in bis and tris only, this go -round trying to break 21". thought maybe the facia stretching/ scar tissue build-up would help. arms are a weak area for me. When I was smaller and could reach i would do 3 in my delts, no problem.
