2nd Week and got GYNO!! WTF! Advice please!

Sust 2x wk....12 wks (250mg x 2)
EQ 2x wk 12wks....(200mg x 2)
Jump start with Dbols for 4 wks.


its the second week and I got a tender lump under my left nip!!
should I lower my Dbol intake from 30mgs a day to 20mgs?
should I continue with cycle but add 40mg nola daily till end?
Arimidex?

Take the nolvadex at 20mg daily and the adex at .5mg daily and it should rerduce it. You must had existing gyno and id not notice it.

Are you saying you started this without using anything to control estrogen? If so you didn't read much here. Start 40mg/day of nolva.

Are you happy with the gyno? I'm very happy with the way I look and I'm always taking nolva (daily). Gyno causes mental anguish, so any additional "gains" -- hypothesized to be from the absence of nolva -- are certainly not worth the risk of gyno.

i would have suggested arimidex thru out beginning at day one.

Aye, should of had the adex from day one. Screw that myth about not getting all of the gains. What crap. I'd rather not get a pound or two and not get tits.

You should have been using anti-estrogens to begin with bro.

Start some letrozole 1.25mgs ED and run nolva at 40mgs ED until the problem goes away.

I'd start with 40mg Nolva/day also and add Aromasin @25 mgED or EOD. You should've ran Aromasin, A-dex, or Letro from day one.

Start some letrozole 1.25mgs ED and run nolva at 40mgs ED until the problem goes away.

You can bump that to 60mgs/ED if you want.

gyno or no gyno, im going to use some form of liquidex, arim. , or at least nolv during my cycle... just makes me feel more comfortable while being on

I would bump the nolva to 80mg/day...
and start letrozole at 1.75mg for letro..

That is way to high a dose...but i would want to get it in my system as fast as posible.
Later you have to reduce those dosages greatly.

If its causing you that much distress, drop the dbol (no matter what), and get some deca or winny or both and replace the sust. You can take proviron for libido and it wont aromatize. Or you can take maintenance dose of test for libido. Or, if you don't have a significant other, quit beating off for a while and don't worry about your libido. And keep taking the nolva until the lump goes away. It should go away within a few weeks unless you keep feeding the supply of estrogen with aromatizing steroids (like dbol and sust) ... you may be very sensitive to estro and/or have a lot of receptors in the breast tissue. Your body may also produce a lot more aromatase and thereby convert more test than normal to estrogen.
