50mg ED winny 9-13
PCT
1000 iu hcg 3x week, two weeks
20 mg nolva daily 28 days
Popped my last winny about 12 days ago, PCT sucks bad so far
Went from 168lbs to 186lbs by week 8, dropped some water after the sust and at week 12 I was 182lbs and hard, now I am 177 flat, sore as hell after workouts and tired. I'm a hardgainer as it is so I'm goint to start back on creatine and try to force myself to eat like mad, someone help me out here, I don't want to lose everything...
