Stiff legged Deadlifts 5 sets of 3
Pullups 5x 5x 5x 5x 5x
Squats - 5 sets of 3
Skull Crushers 5x5

Wednesday

DB Rows - 5 sets of 5
Incline Bench Press - 5 sets of 5
Deadlifts - 1 set of 20
Standing Calf Raise - 2 sets of 20

Friday

Shrugs - 5 sets of 5
Barbell Curls - 5 sets of 5
Weighted Dips - 5x 5x 5x 5x 5x
Squats - Max set of 20

how does this sound for my second time doing this routine
 
I like it. Squats twice a week and deadlifts another? I hope your'e doing it Bill Starr style with a heavy day and a light day. How did it work out for you the first time?

Looks good. Just be carfull onthe 20 reps as you are doing squats and deads as well....

What did you gain of the first one?
 
I want to start this program so bad, but my f-ing shoulder is still whacked! Hopefully I can try it by fall!
 
wow dude, thats nice. how long did you train with this method for? i just started monday, and im lookin for size and strength. my goal for right now is to hit 180 lbs. but a good 180 lbs. not a fat 180 lbs. im hovering between 167-169 at the moment. i wish i knew my BF%. i would guess ... 10-15%.
