2nd cycle Andriol Sus250 Deca 50

Hey Guys,

I finished my first 8 weeks cycle of only Sus 250 at a dosage 125 mg eod plus 25 Proviron ed. This was followed by 3 weeks of Clomid. I gained 10 KG then lost 2 KG after PCT.

I will be starting my second cycle soon and I would like to take your opinion about it...

Stats after 1st cycle:
Age 36
Weight 65KG
Height 169 cm
BF% = 15%

New target is to gain around 20 pounds (roughly 10KG) and finish with a lean look if possible

Cycle:
Weeks 1 to 4: Andriol (120 mg ed) = 840 per week
Weeks 1 to 8: Deca 50 (50 mg eod) = 175 per week
Weeks 1 to 10: Sus 250 (125 mg eod)
Weeks 1 to 11: Proviron (25 ed)
Weeks 1 to 11: HCG (250 iu eod)
Weeks 11: Clen 40 (20mcg ed)
Week 12: Clen 40 (40mcg ed)
Weeks 13 to 16: Clomid


Logic:
First of all I chose the above gear based on availability.
Andriol is to jump start until the sus and deca kick in
Prov is to combat arom and water retention
HCG is to help the nuts not go to sleep
Clen is to burn a couple of pounds of fat at the end of my cycle
And finally the Clomid is obviously as PCT


I know I can take more of Deca but I would rather take it slow now. I also know once a week is enough, but since I am doing the sus eod, I will mix it with the deca anyway.

#1Sustanon should be at 500mg. per week or more so that looks ok....#2 deca should hit 300 or so I really would'nt expect alot of water gain at those low doses.
50 mg. proviron will harden you up piss you off and make you more aggressive in the gym.
As far as the clen you weigh 143 +/- lbs. at 15% bodyfat?
Your diet and cardio should be easy enough to drop ur bf %
 
the only reason to run deca that low would be for healing purposed and keep the dosage on the abombs alittle lower then that anadrol isnt a joke, maybe you might think about trying some beastdrol instead of abombs?

Thanks. I will increase the Deca to 300mg. Since it is Deca 50mg per ampule, I will split it on 2 shots a week. One shot will be a lot of ml per injection.
I will also increase the Prov to 50mg (split morning and evening)

And it is Andriol (Testosterone Undecanoate) not Anadrol. Hope the dosage is ok...

As for the Clen, should I drop it entirely and rely on Cardio. If yes, when should I start my diet and cardio? I know this will be a very catabolic phase and I dont wont to loose much of my earned lean mass..
 
Shit! I got scared for a second there when I read through your cycle ... I read Anadrol at 120mg ED ... Your liver will most certainly climb up out your throat, glide over to the washbasin and freakin cleanse itself at those dosages ... oh yeah, leaving you either dead or on a dialysis machine!

As for not wanting to lose a lot of your much earned LMM - and please do not take this offensively, I am not shooting you down or anything, I am merely stating the following - That is why it is so important to get in shape without any gear first, train hard, clean and correct for long enough, eat right for long enough and rest enough between training sessions until you reach that plateau where, no matter how good your training:diet:rest ratios are, you cannot gain another 1/4inch on your thighs, irrespective of the squats, extensions and lunges you do.

Once you've reached that point and decide to go with gear, then you can be very certain that you won't lose too much of your hard -earned gains when following good PCT protocol. You can use Clen if you want to, it will defo help you burn off the fat a lot faster than without, but please ensure you research the correct dosages and diet protocol while on it.

Remeber, diet is 85% of the determining factors when you train, actual training is 9% and gear 6%. (Figures might differ and/or change without prior notification, but only if a MIRACULOUS wonderdrug gets invented to contradict the afore-going statement:p)

Also, I would suggest to keep Arimedex on hand for in case you start to notice some gyno creeping up on you:D

I have been training for 2.5 years. Last 2 years solid. I was a "skinny fat" person - if you know what I mean. I had BF % of around 26% and I was weighing lb 145 :o

I am eating very clean since 2 years and very watchful of my portions. After I reached a plateau I decided to start using gear.

The reason for Clen is that I want to eat like an animal during the cycle (still clean) without worrying about my bf%. I really want to bulk up this cycle and pack some descent muscle tissue.

The Clen dosage I suggested is the absolute minimum that I could find and I am also aware it works in 2 weeks on/off. I will follow it with some normal fat burner like oxyelite pro.

Not even sure if my dosage is enough to have any fat burning effect. I read dosage of up to 180mcg but I ain't gonna take that route. I am aware of the heart risks.

Can anyone comment on the Andriol (oral testosterone undecanoate) dosage please? The normal dosage I read is way above that , like 240mg. I am using 120mg since it is combined with sus and deca.

I was also thinking that after week 10 (last sus shot) I start Andriol again (it is a short ester) for 3 weeks. The reason is that I want to be sure on when to start PCT. I hate the guess work of waiting 20-21 days after the last sus injection. Any thoughts?
 
Andriol, by far not most effective compound I have researched. Because of this fact, that your gains : price ratio is poor, I have never used it. However, all my research has led me to believe that 120mg/day is not going to be nearly enough, even though I tend to think that it should have some effect seeing that you are combining it with other forms of Test in your body. Perhaps someone else on here has experience with this compound? According to all research the sides are very small, even at dosages of 600mg/day, which atually is the recommended dosage for this compound, so you should be safe upping the dosage to 200mg if you have enough of it to see you through your cycle length. It has an active half-life of less than 8hrs, so I suppose it would be okay to still use it for the 3 weeks following your last Sus pin and then starting with PCT following that.

I used to think that I was a hardgainer as well, but once I got the right person to help me get my Carb : Protein : Fat ratio and Train:Rest ratio correct I started to notice something happen - I went from 63kg (138lbs) to 82kg (180lbs) over 3 years, that is roughly 14.5lbs a year, which might not sound like a lot, but for clean gains it's not bad and 180lbs all natural is nice. I have been battling to break through that plateau for a long time and decided to turn to gear.

Perhaps you are just one of those people who's genes don't work together well with your physical demands and aspirations:D

Clen ... something you'll either dislike or HATE ;). The shakes and sweats are the worst for me when on this, but it works. Your structure for Clen usage does not seem quite right, personally. Take note - ONLY UP THE DOSE IF YOU FEEL YOU CAN HANDLE THE SIDES! IF YOU UP THE DOSE AND FEEL HORRID THAT DAY, REVERT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS DOSAGE YOU WERE ON. Day1= 20mcg; Day2= 40mcg; Day3= 60mcg; Day4+5= 80mcg; Day6-Day12= 100mcg; Day13= 80 mcg; Day14= 60 mcgs and then off. It is also advisable to use T3 with Clen as Clen negatively affects the T3 conversion in you liver. Oh yes ... almost forgot (had to edit the post to add this bit of crucial info in) - at least 1.5 - 2 gallons of water/day while on this and do not take after 16:00 - preferably in the mornings as this shit will keep you up at night for sure.
