2nd cycle

Hi

Im thinking about a 2nd cycle, I did my first cycle a year ago and it was 50mg wins ed (drank it), and i got som amazing results, i got 15lbs and new vains and nice strengh, I was very happy with the results.

I think about doing a 250mg test E or Sus ew, 10weeks, im going for like 10-15lbs again.

I am 25 years old and worked out since i was 15 years old. The reason i want to take a test only low dose is just to get a extra boost to my workout and gain a little but not too much.

Is it possible to but down on bodyfat a little while i gain muscle on 250mg test ew? my bodyfat is about 10% now and my weight is 198lbs.
 
youve definetly good good size..and that cycles perfect..
but alot will say run 500mg/weekly...

whats your diet and training like...
your diet will determine what happens with your bodyfat.
 
Yeah i know, alot of people also dissed my wins only 50mg ed and drank it, and told me it was a waste of money, but truely im not going for the arnold look, just atletic and low BF%, and i got REALLY nice results from the wins only cycle, damn i got comments from about week 4-5 :) i loooooooooved it :). So the low doses work fine on me, and ofcourse bigger doses = more chances for big sides. i thought about this test only 250mgs cycle for a long time, and i think im going for the Sus :)

My diet is eating almost anything i come nearby :) when i was on wins i ate like i normaly do, and ofcourse very high protein meals, and 3 shakes a day, I eat like 8 times a day with 3 big meals with alot of meat. and my protein is like 200g a day.

My training program is a simple 3 split.
Monday: Chest Biceps
Tuesday: Back Triceps
Wednsday: Brake
Thursday: Shoulders Legs
Friday: Chest Biceps or Back Triceps.
Weekend:Brake

When i was on wins i didnt brake at Wedensday, i worked out all week and took days off at the weekend, and im going to do like that again when on test :)
 
I did my first cycle w/ sustanon 250mg e5d. works out to be around 350mg/wk, i think that may be the sweet spot for first/beginner test cycles as it's strong enough but low enough dosage to avoid sides in those who are sensitive... and you don't have to pin 2x a week and all that good jazz. and the sus has a decanoate ester in it so it's fine to shoot like that, some will say shoot it EOD b/c of the prop in it but that's kind of irrelevant imo b/c there's only like 30mg of prop in it...
 
yah i also did my first cycle at 250...amazing results... for everyone 1 pound of bodyweight... should be 1.5-2 grams of protein

Yeah i think im pretty sensitive because the wins only 50mg ed and drank it, it worked very strongly at me, after 3-4 weeks it really kicked in, some people thought i was on a deca/test cycle because of my gains hahaha.
Im really looking forward to 10weeks with 250mg sus ew, i have a feeling that its going to kick ass on me, i thought about stacking it with wins but i think its just going to be test only.
 
Yeah dude increase that protein and with that cycle you should get some good gains , why not do 300mg for eight weeks? i did sustanon for my first at that dose and loved it!

Yes bro you can cut bf by the end of a cycle like that. Add in some proviron 50mg ed to help with that. Make sure you got a good pct in place though.

do you know what pct is?
 
Cycle looks good. I'd stick to 350mgs test e or test c ew.

What's your PCT look like?
 
should i add 50mg proviron ed at the end of the cycle to cut bf?

ive actually got some proviron at home already, and i got som novladex also,
and maybe should get som hgc, then my pct should be coveret.
 
i thought about it bro's and i still cant decide if I should use Sust or Test E? I heard alot of nice things about sus, but if i only want to shoot 250mg ew, like 1 shot every monday, would my test levels be all over the place because of the prop? = big sides?
 
im not sure about that but normally people that use sust usually pin 2-3x a week...
test e you can pin once a week..its a longer ester.

okay maybe i should do a 250mg test E ew instead. I just read that sust has less sides and less blow, but if i only pin 1 time a week, I could get the worst of sust.

why do you only want to do 250mg a week? You should still pin twice a week with test e for even blood levels
 
I have a couple of reasons, first i never done test and i want to see how i react to it, and i also reacted strong to low dose winstrol only, and im not going for the arnold look, more lidt fitness style.
