2nd cycle

First cycle i ran was deca/test for 10 weeks.
Before it i weighed 168 and bumped up to 198, and i was impressed.
I ended up getting my wisdom teeth pulled right after i was done witht he 10 weeks, so i stopped working out basically completely. I gained some fat and i just started gettin back into the swing of things after about 2 months. I have been doing cardio everyday for 45 minutes, and plan to stick with it. I am more concerned with getting cut that gaining mass rihgt now. I especailly want to lose my gut, thats the first thign on my mind. So neways, im about to start a new cycle. Its gonna be deca/test and winny. When do you think i should throw the winny in there? I was thinking about doing it after? What do you guys think would be a good diet for me also? I am very motivated and could stick with nething you think is best. Thanks fellas-
 
I would run the winni towards the end of the cycle, say the last 6 weeks at 50-100 mg per day. I have never used deca and for what i have read I dont know that I want to use it for cutting although your gains (or lost of extra fat) are a result of your diet.

What are your current stats? Do you know your daily caloric intake ? For me "a diet" never worked. Instead I learned how to eat correctly for my goals and I have made this a way of life. Diets fade and for the most part people dont last on them. Just my .02 cents.
 
IMO if you want to get cut you dont really need the test and deca(good mass cycle)keep that for later
you could just do winny and and lots of morning cardio with good diet,
but if you wanted to use test deca and winny i would do this to cut
weeks 1-10 test @ 250mg ew(if mass cycle use 500mg)
week1-8 deca @ 400mg ew
weeks 1-4 winny @ 50mg ed
weeks 8-12 winny @50mg ed
check pct forum(dr j pct)
chuck in some dostinex and proviron/aromasin and youre rocking

If you are more concerend with cutting swap the deca for EQ similar to deca but i find it better for cutting, not as much bloat
 
you guys got me wrong kinda. I am bulking usein the deca/test. But i also wanted to throw in the winny so i won't gain any fat/ and try to lose some on the way. So basically i was saying should I take it with my bulking cycle, or just wait till i start a cutting cycle and use it afterwards? I thoght after made more sence.
 
Alright I started the first week monday 10/17. Doing deca QV 300mg/ T-400 from denkall. I heard the t-400 was supposed to hurt and it isn't too bad. The first shot went very well, didnt fell any pain at all that day. The next morning it was pretty soar, but today it is alot better. So basically the day after its got a little bit of pain. Been doing cardio everyday, I know it might lessen my gains, but i dont wanna gain anymore fat. Last cycle which was my first, it took me a good 3 weeks to start feeling gains, and the motivation you get. This time the first day i could feel it in my veins, ive had great workouts everyday so far. Real intence. Is thta common after taking it the first time, you feel it faster?

Keep in mind that i do about 40minutes cardio everyday.

Ive already gained 2 lbs, which isn't crazy but in 3 days that kinda odd. Last cycle i did't even gain till like my 2-3 week. Ill keep you updated.

Are you eating more?
I went to the gym once about an hour after drinking 4 pints of milk(no protien powder)and was up 8lbs till the next day
when you say neck in youre work out what do you mean? also dont just do abs alone ,add some proper lifts in aswell(squats work abs)
also how much test and deca are you talking?
 
I would dump the deca and the winny and run one of Radars cutting cycles - they are in this cycle section. 12 weeks of eq (boldenone) and test only. I would run test prop to help with the bloating as you said you have a gut that you want to get rid of.
