oh no problem man just mix the two in there, and do a shot monday and thursday. they are both oil its all good, you don't wanna mix winny(water based gear) with an oil. is your deca 300/ml or 200

ok so do a cc of deca with half a cc of sust monday and the same on friday, your money. make sure to switch off injection sites u don't want a sterile infection(too much gear in one area) rub the injection around for legit 3-5 mins and eat up. peace

So you mix them together at the same time, I've been researching and it says to do each one on different days of the week.

Yes, definitely mix the 2 together. Also, you say you've never done any injectables. Be sure and draw w/ one needle, swap for a new needle and jab away. I like to draw w/ a 21g and shoot w/ a 23g. You would be suprised how dull a needle can get just going through a rubber stopper.

Man i would try this then:

Test Eth or Cyp. @ 500mg/wk
Deca @ 400mg/wk
or
Test Eth or Cyp. @500mg/wk
with Dbol. @ 25mg/day for the first 4 weeks

using Nolva for PCT and maybe even HCG depending on your body

I've looked into Sust and noticed these come in ampules, they are all glass. I might sound dumb but is there some type of tool that comes with them to be able to open them up?

I've never used Sust so far and I think it depends on source and brand if they come with a little saw/rasp to open the amps. Some glass amps have a neck that is designed so that you can snap it with your fingers without too much trouble. The amps I had so far needed to be worked on with a saw/rasp before you could snap them. As they didn't come with the gear I went to a pharmacy and bought some there for a few cents.
