2nd cycle-what do you think??

Hi bros - I would really appreciate any feedback you can give me. I want to do this right.

stats: 180, 6", 2nd cycle, looking to keep 10 solid lbs in gains. Workin out heavy 4 times a week - and will be eating 6-8000cals and 300g protien/day


test-eth: 250mg twice a week for 10 weeks
dbol: 20mg day weeks 1-5
fina: 75mg/day weeks 6-10
proviron: 25mg/day from day 1 until 1 week after last test shot.
winny: 50mg/day weeks 9,10,11
clomid: 300mg 1st day 1 week after last test shot - then 100mg/day for 6 days and 50 mg day for following week ( thanks m18!)

hcg: 2500iu on day 1 of clomid and 2500iu 1 week later
This will be my 1st time using test or winny l. My 1st cycle was just fina/dbol and I gained and kept 10lbs.

Cycle looks good buddy, make sure you hit those liver and kidney protectors. Do not use HCG post cycle though

Because it acts as an LH receptor agonist, substituing for LH. It does nothing to help the hypothalamus and pituitary. It can be very effective during the cycle to help avoid testicular atrophy, but should not be used when trying to restore LH production. Increases in natural testosterone, stimulated by the hCG, inhibit LH production. Clomid is the most effective thing post cycle used to get the natural test levels going

Great info man - cudos on your thoughoness(sp?) :-)
Maybe I'll use up my 5000iu in the last 4 weeks of the cycle - guess i better look into this some more as the sexdrive thing f'in freaks me out...if my lilguy is outta commision I am not a happy camper.

Thanks bud, the cycle is going good, no weight gain yet but my body fat has noticably gone down a little so I am happy with that. Just can't wait to start the Fina ;)

AAAAhhhhh tren! Impressed the hell outta me 1st cycle. I can't see goin without 4-5 weeks of tren per cycle now. I am looking forward to the test - sounds like rocket fuel. Just wish I knew where to look for liquidex...

hard you say you are going to eat 6000-8000 kcal a day... what are you going to eat?? must be a shitload of butter or take a shitload of injectibles and take them orally and count the oil as you daily kcal intake....

6000-8000 kcal a day sounds ridicilous

Yah I know its alot but i got a way fast metabolism and its the only way I pack on the pounds. Here's a few hical items that I consume when i'm on cycle:

whey wieghtgain shake with icecream, wholemilk and flax oil - $1500cals x2 a day

4 square meals a day ( 1lb beef/pork or chicken or fish each meal) along with as much bread/pasta/potatoes as I can cram in. And a salad if there is any room. No sweets for dessert tho

In addition to this I have two bottles of the new clear isopure whey protien drinks at 40g protien a pop, and the usual multivits etc..... I'm a hard gainer and this helped me pack on 15 lbs solid so far. Hopin to add another 10 with my 2nd cycle.

Hey as long as you can see the outline or 4 of your 6 pack I know I'm not getting too fat!!

Mate I dont care if your a bodybuilder who cant gain shit your eating too many calories.

Eat a ratio of 1.5g of protein for every pound you weigh and multiply that by 3 for your daily carb intake.

The reason why you are a hard gainer is because your not training right.

Just do the bare minimum amount of exercises and reps and you should grow a bit.

i.e when working chest just stick with benches
Legs; squats and leg presses
Back; T bar rows, bent barbell rows and deadlifts
Shoulders: Presses and side laterals
Biceps: barbell curls and EZ bar curls
Triceps: pushdowns and lying tricep extensions

This may not seems like your doing much, but it will work.

You dont over combat being a hard gainer by eating a shit load of calories.

Eat right and train to "your" bodys ability to grow.

I hear ya on the training advice - I used to overtrain like crazy but my program now looks alot like what you spelled out. As far as the cals go - I'm sittin at 12% bf at my highest and have a 30" waist. If I'm eating too many cals where the hell are they going? One thing I could do tho is cut back my saturated fat a bit - i'm in the cardiology business and I know that stuff is a killer.

If you are eating what you say you are then shit your metabolism must be faster than, well just fucking fast!

I cant get my head around all those calories when you are only 180lbs at most you should be eating 5000kals per day and thats pushing it.

I dont know mate, but when green peace comes knocking at your door because you are destroying the earths atmosphere by shitting enough to use up half the world forestry worth of toilet paper dont come to me!!!!!!
