Ok so I'm 6'3 200-205 and im about to finish my first cycle of var 20mg/ml. I started with .5 twice a day to get it used to my body and after 2 weeks I went up to .75 twice a day so 30mg a day. I have a few days left on my cycle and was wondering if I should go up in dosage. I've been taking .75 for about 3 weeks now and it's doing its job im cutting fat% and sweating my ass off in the gym. I feel like maybe I should move up to 1ml twice a day but this is my first experience with var so I figured id ask the experts.
Also a little side question.. I'm going to take 3 cycles in a row and stop for a little while.. what supplements should I take to help ease my body off of them?
