2nd cycle opinions- need ideas

Bros:

Finished my first 10 week Sust/Deca cycle on 7-21 gaining 18 pounds and kept 14 of it. BF went down 4-5% and felt good throughout the cycle except right afterward when I was extremely tired. That has gone away and I feel great. I really liked the feel of Deca and had no terrible sides except some bloat. Would like to try and minimize bloat so need some opinions on both 2nd cycle quantities (best practices). I personally feel that I would do fine on just the test, but don’t like the idea of the bloat and would like to cut a little more if possible. I also have on hand everything listed below with the exception of the EQ.

Here’s what I was thinking: (will adjust diet to allow for cutting if necessary)

1st idea:

Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 1-4 Napo Dbol 30mg ed
Week 8-12 Var 50 mg ed
AIFM throughout
PCT HCG-Clomid

2nd idea:

Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 1-12 EQ 400 ew
Week 8-12 Var 50 mg ed
AIFM throughout
PCT HCG-Clomid

3rd idea:

Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 8-12 Winny 30 mg ed
AIFM throughout
PCT HCG-Clomid

Congratulations on the 14lb gain. That is awesome!
How was your bf% measured. 4% is really, really low.

I meant I lost 4-5% which IS low considering i hover around 20-22% normally. (don't flame, I need more cardio)

It was measured using a handheld and scale bf analyzer and I'm aware they are not that accurate. I need to get some calipers.
 
Of the three cycles,


I like cycle 2 the best,



Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 1-12 EQ 400 ew
Week 8-12 Var 50 mg ed

Clean, safe and a great second cycle,

should compliment the gains,

and weight lost of cycle one.


It is funny and kind of a pain, but you can gain muscle and lower your body fat at the same time, your weight may go up, but your gaining muscle and losing bf.

That was the one I was leaning towards, but I'm going to try and combine the shots to 2x week, maybe Mon and Thur. I found during my 1st cycle that I prefer the delts and quads only so I should be able to rotate without a problem with only 2x shots/week.

I would still like to hear some other opinions on the oral additions as well.

You should probably run another massmonster cycle before you cut.. I would, at least..

And if your main concern with the cutting cycle is to keep the bloat off, AIFM will have that in check regardless.

I like all of the cycles you have outlined, honestly. If I were to do one of them, it'd probably be the first and here's why.. dbol is tried and true, cant go wrong with test and apparently var is the greatest thing since sliced bread.. :)
 
this cycle is well,
Week 1-12 Test 500 ew

but I would have put the anavar in w1-4, the anavar would give the force while waiting for the effects of the testo.

I hear you, AIFM does work well. Unfortunatly I didn't start it on my 1st cycle until about week 6 and bloat was pretty high by then. I've been using 2x 2-3 pumps ever since and the water is gone.

What Swat said. I think on the new cycle he laid out for you the Var should have been wks 1-4 (not 14) prolly just a typo. If it were me I ould consider even stretching the Var out a week or two longer. If you want to kick start with it:

Week 1-6 Var 50 mg ed
Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 1-12 EQ 400 ew

If you would rather close with it:

Week 1-12 Test 500 ew
Week 1-12 EQ 400 ew
Week 8-14 Var 50 mg ed
