Doing my 2nd cycle ever. I have done tons of research but all the info is a bit overwhelming for me to decide whats right on my own. Hopefully you all can offer some insights. Know you guys like stats so:
26 y/o M
around 235lbs at 6'2"
body fat is close to 20% right now (a string of injury's helped to contribute to fatness... not a great excuse, but it happened)
Bench = 255 or so
DL = 315
Squat = 315
(Not really into traditional body building any more)
Training = I do lots of crossfit, cross training, cardio and sports. Train and am active almost 7 days a week.
Diet = Eat pretty damn good. Usually around 35/35/30 protein/carbs/fat. Up the protein alot of times though due to activity levels.
Gear: 2500mg Test cypionate , 50 50mg tabs anavar , 1000mcg IGF-1 LR3 in 1ml solution. Dont have PCT gear yet, but can/will acquire closer to when I need them. I am pretty sure I have more than enough test to last this cycle, maybe 2 and can get more var/igf if I need to. Also, I know these 3 types of AAS may not be the best choices for my goals, but they are good quality and all that was available to me.
I want to do a 10-14 week cycle. My goals are really to be as lean as possible. I was about 200lbs and 9% bf about 2 years ago until a string of injury's messed up my activity levels and training. I dont necessarily want to get huge, thats why I want some advice from you all. I want to know the best way to use what I got to get lean. The test is the thing I am worried about the most... I have never taken it and know it can cause you to become very bulky.
here's what I was told/had in mind:
IGF-1 5iu's sub-q in the stomach on the morning of training days (been hearing lots of mixed opinions on how much and where to administer the IGF)
Anavar 1 50 mg tab on training days (or ED if I get more)
Test 125mg/week (very afraid of the test making me too bulky, but would like to hear what anyone else has to say about the test dosing when going for a lean-as-possible physique).
Thats about it. I know I am a super newbie and want to make better informed decisions before I start this up. So any advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated it.
Thanks,
Egg
** More on personal goals. I want to be as healthy as possible. I know AAS does not typically go with being as healthy as possible in the mainstream world (at least here in the states) but I realized they can be a great weapon to have in your arsenal for achieving your fitness goals as long as you use them right and dont abuse them. My last cycle was just anavar a year ago for 12 weeks and I saw great, sustaining results, only hindered by another injury. I want a strong core, to be light on my feet, agile, less weight carried around on my back/joints. That sorta thing. Hopefully you guys have a good snapshot of what I am trying to do.
