I am only in my 6th week of a 12 week cycle of Sust doing 250 twice a week, but am already planning to get my goods for another cycle. I have seen some good gains so far on Sust alone, but would like to try a cycle of something that has just a little more to it. So far in my 6th week I have gained 16 lbs, and am down to about 10-12% BF. I have always had a problem trying to gain weight, but the right diet and AS are working, and I love it.
I am 32 y/o 5'8" and weight is 160 lbs. I am looking for the second cycle to help gain more mass and muscle. If anyone has a good cycle please advise. I need to plan early so I can get the gear coming.
