2nd Cycle Help ! ! !

Hi I am 6'0" and 215... Ive been training for 5 years... but 2 years hardcore... Went from 198 - 224 on my last cycle but then a month after cycle started dieting and dropped from about 9% to 6% so now I am a ripped 215...

My last cycle was slightly ill advised but thats before I started reading the boards and all I had was a couple local "experts"...

250mg/sustanon split 2x week 1-8
150mg/Deca week 1-8
Winstrol mg 50 eod Week 8-10
Nolva 20mg ED weeks 11-13
Clenbuterol Weeks 14-15

My question is how much Primo should I run as it is only my second cycle and my first cycle was extremely light by Elite's Standards... Would you guys highly recomend stacking it or running by self? I'm not trying to blow up... Just increase muscle quality and gain about 10 pounds...
 
Sonds like you have similar numbers to me. 6 foot about 228 (i have a higher BF then you though)
Id say go with the holy trinity
Test En and Deca at about 400per week- 12-15 weeks.
dbol at 30mg a day weeks 1-6.
Primo by itself i wouldnt do, too expensive and not enough results compared to above.
You could use the last few weeks to lean up, but is sounds like you dont have a problem gettin lean.
You could easily put on 10 lbs with this cycle if you eat and train and rest properly.

If u r gonna run primo, stack it.

Id' up the deca slightly, say 400. Even the sustanon too. If your body fat is that low, diet in check and training superb, I can't see you gaining more than 3% more. Plus if you're using clen and winny at the of the cycle, you'll still be shredded at 7-9% and 230#.

In addition to this I'd bump that sust to 10 weeks. I'd also go 500mg/week but if you can see good gains at 250 more power to you.
 
Sorry that wasn't very clear, the posted cycle was my last cycle... I am not looking for a very clean cycle that will give me just a few lbs lbm, while increasing muscle quality/vascularity and I was considering Var and Primo...

What would be a good stack for these two considering my cycle history?
 
I dont think your last cycle was light at all for a 1st cycle. You were doing 500mg/wk of sust, plus deca and winstrol.

Anyways, for what you're looking for, I'd go with eq over primo. It's your choice. Just remember, primo and var are quite mild. I wouldnt recommend using them to bulk with. 4-600mg/wk of primo and 50mg/day of var. My advice is what ever you expect to get out of that cycle, cut your expectations in half and that will be more likely what you'll achieve. Of course you could always double the dose of these compounds (that's the "popular" :rolleyes: thing to do now with primo) and get the kind of results you'd be more likely to favor. 100mg/day of var and 1000-1200mg/wk of primo. But for all that primo you'd have to inject, and the money you're going to spend, you'd be better off using eq.
