2nd cycle & gyno lumps

Ok, i'd like to start by saying i have been reading this board for almost a year and want to thank everyone for everything i have learned. I successfully completed my first cycle and pct and am ready to start my second but have a few questions before i do.

i have a few small lumps under each one of my nips, they do not hurt and are not sore, they are just there. My first cycle was sus 500 mg p/wk and winny the whole way through for 10 weeks. i took adex when i first started feeling the lumps and they went down a little. for pct i did post cycle, unleashed and sustain. I have been off since march. The lumps were just little bb sized until a week or so ago and they are about the size of peas now (why did they get bigger all of a sudden)

i was planning on starting my second cycle the first week or july and do not want the lumps to get worse during (i will be taking var and sus)

will this be ok to get rid of the lumps:

letro 2.5mg eod for 1 week
letro 2.5mg e3d for 1 week
start sus 250 m and thu (wk 1-10)
take arimdex .5 or 1 mg each day for entire cycle
week 3-10 var 40mg/day
i may take proscar also because i am prone to mpb

is this ok and should i add any nolvadex? if so where and how much

for pct unleashed, post cycle, sustain. i also have hcg on hand.

As far as my stats i am
27 5'5 160 about 10% bf

ok, you're getting estrogen rebound. Happened to me to bro. Use the letro as you stated until it goes away. you might have to use it at a lower dose throughout your cycle (like i'm doing for my 3rd) to keep the gyno at bay. It will comprimise your gains a little but is worth it. Pm needto for more precise info. he's helped keep my gyno at bay.

So my plan of action looks ok then? What dose should i lower the letro to after the first 2 weeks if i use it throughout the cycle and should i run the adex at a lower dose or keep it the same? oh and should i start the sus and letro at the same time or wait till after my first 2 weeks of taking the letro? thanks for the help guys, its really appreciated.
