2nd cycle for October??

Stats: 6'3" 225lbs, 11% bf
Have been training consistently for about 10 yrs. I have definitely reached my plateau. I am finishing week 4 of a sos only cycle(500mg wk, mon. & thurs.) So far have gained about 5lbs with minor strenght increases, but I do expect results from the last 4 weeks--I'm averaging about 250g protein per week.

What cycle do you think would be good for me next. I want to increase size & strength--lean muscle. I plan on using armadex or liquidex--I have access to anything.

Also--I'm scared of orals.I appreciate any advice.

Why are you scared of Orals ? You could go with a D-Bol, Test, Eq or Deca cycle. That should make a great cycle. Try this
D-Bol at 35mg/Day for weeks 1-5
Test at 750mg/Week for weeks 1-10
Eq at 400-500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Start your Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot. Use the Arimidex at 1/4-1/2 a tab every other day through out your cycle. If you follow E2's liver saver program then your liver should be fine while on D-Bol. Let me know if you would like me to post it. You are avarageing 250grams of Protein a week ? That is way to low, Try to get double your weight in protein every day. Hope this helps, Good Luck!

Here is E2's liver saver program
This was originaly made by E2 and are liver protectors:
Standardized silymarin 160 mg + 3x/day
Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day
Alpha lipoic acid 100 to 200 mg 3x/day
Glycyrrhizinate Forte 1 capsule 3x/day
N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day
Glutamine powder 2g to 12g 3x/day (1 heaping teaspoon = 4g, 1 hpg tablespoon = 12 grams)
Omega 3 fatty acids 2 to 3 capsules 3x/day
Lung Tan Xie Gan Chinese herb formula - as directed

he prolly meant per day

I cant imagine 250 g per week.. at 224 lbs he probably meant per day..

I drink that much protein from milk alone in a week.. that cant be possible to support his bodyweight
