ok heres the deal. Im 5'7, and a few yrs back i weighed in at about 205, close to 30% bf.......I got down to a weight of a about 170 <6% bf, all I did was 8 weeks of Deca, but I have been out of the gym for several months now, due to work and school (both full time)....I WILL be hitting the gym hardcore very soon , and am looking to do my 2nd cycle. Its been about a year since the deca. Now I am about 175, 10%bf. I need to gain some mass back, and drop some fat. Not too worried about fat loss during the cycle, I just don't want to be an extremely bloated water retaining fuck.....I was thinking about 175-180 pounds, <7%. ANy sugestions?
