2nd Cycle, Anyone?

I'm going to start a new cycle of SUSTA and DECA.

Week 1-10 Susta 250mg
Week 1-10 Deca 200mg
Week 1-12 Proviron 25mg
Week 13-15 Nolva+Clomid

How is it look guys?
 
i would go with at least 500mg of sus and 400mg of deca even though you are new. your body puts out about the same for test so why stay at natural levels?
 
If you really ARE female, like your post says, than you are picking the wrong compounds.

Than you may want to raise your dose a little bit.

deca @ 400 mg/week for 10 weeks
sust @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks

Only use the nolva if you need it, not with clomid.

Yup that one looks fine. If its your first cycle then you might just hit it for 8 weeks.

I think he said it's his 2nd cycle... but I have another issue I've been tossing around my head for a while :)

8 week cycles. I'm curious. People do 8 week cycles... you don't notice the strength gains for about 3-4 weeks... size gains around 6? Meaning you are only getting around 4-5 weeks (plus about 1-2 more, depending on the ester) of strong lifting from the test... or ... increased weight training.

Now... as absured as it might sound.. muscle can not GROW effectively in 8 weeks... I mean, it WILL grow... but I think about this from the conventional sense... 8 weeks on... 8 weeks off... then 8 weeks on again... well... if I think about it, my system will be shut down for about 2-3 weeks after my cycle (the length of ester)... and the time the clomid takes to get me back up to FULL natural capacity... 20 days... so 5-6 weeks? meaning, I'll only be at my optimal natural potential for 2-3 weeks... then I'm back on.

Why not maximize the value of the cycle... extend it too 12-16 weeks... gain more gains during the cycle... make it good, for what it is worth. I don't think you'll be shut down anymore on a cycle like this, then you would be on an 8 week cycle... but might yeilds 2x the gains.

I have found that anything longer than 12 weeks is a waste...I grow very little after week 12, regardless of the compound. I would definitely advocate extending this cycle to at least 10-12 weeks, but nothing past that as it seems to be a waste. We don't want to waste gear now do we?
 
Thanks guys, I'm thinking of doing 12 weeks cycle, I'm 174lbs at the moment and looking for quality gain of muscle. I'm competing in October 2003. Still, is proviron good if using during the cycle? I heard it can free up testosterone from attaching to SHBG. Am I right, please advise me. Thanks.
