2nd cycle...any advice?

I plan to do my 2nd cycle later this summer, and I have enanthate, eq, and reforvit at my disposal. With the appropriate ancillaries, how would one run this without wasting any gear and still get good results. My stats, 6'1", 195lbs. I don't know my BF%, and what about cardio?...........thanks for any helpful input.:confused:
 
i would take 1cc of reforvit a day,
week 1-3
500 mg eth
400 mg EQ

week 4-7
750 mg eth
600 mg eq

week 8-10
500 mg eth
400 mg eq

week 11-12
250 mg eth
200 mg EQ

Maybe not these exact, but it is a start
 
Thanks for your input, bro. I'm a little leary of taking my doses that high , in the middle, but what do any of you other guys think?
 
I am close to the same height and weight as you. My first cycle was test/eq/dbol, with the doses below. I would mix the Enanthate and Eq in the same shot because the QV test can be painfull. There is no reason to Pyramid up and down. Start off with a dose and run it all the way through. If you want to run a 12 week cycle just extend the Enanthate 2 more weeks, and the Eq 1 more week. This way you can start clomid 2 weeks after your last injection. What are your goals?? If your looking to put on as much mass as possible I wouldn't do too much cardio, maybe 2x/wk.

Week1-3: Ref-B 25mg(1cc)ED
Wk1-10: Test 500mg
Wk1-10: Eq 400mg
Arimidex .5mgEOD

I would go with this cycle bro, its solid for a second cycle!!!! If your going to bulk up, which i think you are, than stay away from the cardio my friend. Eat like mofo and you will get the results that you want. Good luck with the cycle bro!!!

doin to much cardio will eat your muscle, but still do cardio, maybe like just 20 minutes a day. keep your heart healthy.
 
Thanks for the input . I'm not trying to blow up huge. I have a few lagging body parts like my chest, and I do not want to be too puffy faced. In my first cycle I know I didn't eat right so I'll have to work on that too. Thanks again.
