** 2nd cycle advice please **

alright fellas, i'm finishing up on my first cycle here in a few weeks. i dont wanna jump the gun or nothing but just wanna get some advice from you guys. My first cycle consisted of test e 300mg weeks 1-7, bumping it up to 500 mg for weeks 8-12. dbol 40mg weeks 1-4. AIFM throughout when i felt like i needed it. got some liquid nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) and some other supplements. I'm 20 (yes i know too young but too late) 6'1" 185 lbs. 8-10%bf.

i just got back from a powerlifting/bodybuilding show and it gave me soo much motivation because i want to get to that point to have the balls to compete. soo maybe you guys can throw some cycle advice to me id appreciate it. laterz
 
try running some OTC stuff for a little while and mix in some clen and a little ECA stack to burn off some unwanted BF and give your androgenic(and other) receptors some time to clear out. repeat the same cycle, try starting the test high and tapering it down
ive ran the same cycle(of course I run shorter 4-6 week bursts) up to 4 times in a row. I figure as long as I am realizng gains why screw with good progress? :coffee:
 
sounds good. im gonna start my creatine loading phase next week to help out with PCT and help maintain my gains. how long do u think i should take off until i start my 2nd?? and i forgot what ECA is lol no wonder i go to community college
 
time on = time off bro and i think ECA is: ephedrine, caffiene, asprin. iv never had to use anything to cut BF other than cardio

I am choosing test prop and tren a for my second cycle. You could do the same. As you said your already going so you might as well go hard.lol. Good luck to you!
 
I do like the "if it's broke don't fix it" saying. But I might consider adding deca if it were me. I did things wrong from the get go so if I redid things. I would've done my first cycle similar to what you have done and 2nd cycle I would've done this.

1-12 - Test 500mgs/EW
1-10 - Deca 300mgs/EW
(oral kickstart if wanted) ex) 20-30mgs dbol weeks 1-4 OR 60mgs tbol weeks 1-4.
 
UFC22, that is most likely what i will do, maybe not that long but prob test at 500mg and deca at 300. i talked to a good buddy of mine and he said his first cycle was test and deca and he blew up. i dont wanna make it noticable that im on gear but i def want to make good gains.
 
ooh and by the way, i kind of want to lean towards a bulking cycle bc im moving to florida and transferring schools so i wanna get bigger and start a new life and meet some hoes.
 
the test E i used was proform and it was ok but i would like to try another brand. What is another good UG?? i heard golden triangle was good, stallion, LSP. Who is the top of the line UG lab right now??

It depends on what you can afford. The names you mentioned are known and well liked.

You sound all over the place, though. Make a specific goal for yorself and then you can critique the cycle to reach those goals. If you want to bulk, remember that it's not the gear that will get you bulked, but the diet you chose will get you the results you want. The gear is just the aid along with your diet, workout, supps. Here's an example:

D-bol 40mg wk.1-5
Test E 500mg wk.1-15
Deca 300mg wk.1-14
PCT wk.17-22
AI throughout cycle and PCT
 
i can afford mostly everything. except like igf-1 and GH lol. but i want to gain mass and strength. this is going to sound gay n u can gimme shit bout it but i dont want to make it obvious lol. i was thinkin maybe test e 500mg wk, npp or deca300mg wk., dbol 400mg wk basically what you recommened lol. a buddy of mine said most of his mass and strength gains came from deca so i am kind of eager to use it. im nto worried too much bout deca dick bc i can get a hard on just lookin at a coke bottle. haha
