2nd cycle advice beast/test e/var

Ok so I just recently finished my first test e cycle. Ran 12 weeks and went from 209lbs @10% bf to 226lbs @ 8-9% bf. Overall it went great. Only sides were night sweats sometimes and test flu at the start.

Been training and whatnot for the better part of 7 years now since college baseball, Im 26 currently. I wont be running round two november which will be 18 weeks off.

Any advice is helpful. Heres my game plan :

Beastdrol 1-4 1 cap 3xED
N2gaurd 1-4 7 caps even space
Forged Joint Support 1-4 1 cap 2xED
Test E 1-12 2xtimes a week
Hcgenerate 6-pct 3 caps AM 2 PM
Anavar 60mg ED
Aromasin 12.5 EOD

PCT
Clomid 25/25/25/25
Unleashed/pct
DAA
Formastanzol
Test Infusion

Was also thinking of adding forged liver support, milk thistle, and fish oil.
Im 4800-5200 calories a day over 7 meals.

Am I missing anything or doing anything you all would say is a better way of doing?

Why are you running N2Guard for only 4 weeks?:confused:
 
Was only going to run n2gaurd while on beast since no one really advised it for my test only first cycle. I can run in the whole time no problem.

My goals are basically the same as my first go round, like 10lbs overall of as clean/lean muscle as I can. Im hoping the var will really solidify and harden my gains after the beast/test bumps me a bit in size

I also thought about eq instead of the var, and I dont really need the beast to jumpstart as test gave me great gains but I am curious what more I could get with dbol/beast/superdrol to jumpstart

Your calories seem way high for your weight, unless you are ok with a bunch of fat gain. I would think 4k would be sufficient for you even in a "bulking" state. I also see no mention of what dose you plan to run the test at. Only says "twice per week"
 
Test 500mg split

Heres my food ball park. Been on this diet since about 4 months ago and dropped a very noticeable 2% bf ( had it done before mid and after first cycle)

Am
10 egg whites 1 cup oats
9am
8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
Lunch
10oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice/10oz sweet potato and 1 cup greens
Mid afternoon
8oz chicken
Pre training
50g iso shake, 1 tablespoon natural pb
Post training
50g iso with carb powder
Dinner
12oz sirloin tips 10oz sweet potato 1 cup greens
Bed
Casein shake

Like I said been 4 months on it and the fat loss is clear as day and I stay plenty lean.

Theres some minor stuff missing but thats the basic run down. I pulled it right from a mag, compared to two others and both came in right about that. So either you want me to eat more or your saying the info in muscular development was more?

The diet looks pretty good and would work well for you. i'm just not sure where you are getting the 5k cal total at. I just entered everything except your shakes into my calorie tracker and came up with 2643 cals....about half of what you said you were getting. That's why you are staying lean my friend.
 
Like I said I pulles that from muscular development probably 8 months ago. So your saying I should add then correct? Ill force down what ever the hell I need to. I want to remain lean, I dont cheat my diet ever, once a month is often for me so if you have some intake suggestions im all ears. Im 226ish now and would like to be 245 by mid jan for the show I want to do.
