Killed over in a meeting. Heart attack. Was dead before he hit the floor. He was 5'10 160. He was not a steroid user. Went to the doc a week before with mild chest pain and was dismissed without any tests.

Guys, get yourself a physical and bloodwork. We are not invinceable. And steroid abuse can hurt you if you don't take the proper precautions.

I'm not trying to link educated steroid use to any type of heart diesease etc... I just wanted to remind everyone of the dangers of not getting physicals and bloodwork.

Please don't let this thread open a can of worms about steroids and heart disease. That's not why I posted it. I guess my point is that you can't know your bodies condition without physicals and bloodwork. It's impossible. Get it done.

Getting your blood work done is part of being a responsible adult.
If you are not getting it done you should think twice about "supplementing" your workouts.

I got mine done and it was a slap in the face. While my health was exellent I did have an issue with my liver. My test levels were also low. My liver values have quadrupled since that first test in October. I drink only a few times a year and have not touched any AAS since last summer.
Who knows where I would be if I didn't know about my liver and started drinking more and/or using ASS (let alone orals).
I am undergoing one more test. If it does not determine what is going on I will be seeing a specialist in Boston. Scary stuff. Thank god for the blood work!

i get chest pain all the time right where my heart is.....shit that's enough to scare the crap out of me....but i did get and get tests run and they said that its a slight murmur and im ok

I'm sorry to hear that bro. You are right, you never know where your health is taking you, so be careful and take care of your body.

I didn't know a slight murmur could cause chest pain. Maybe anxiety?

I have this every now and then too,even when im not using... I think it might be stressed related. I had it yesterday after a shitty day at work, but it seems when it hurts worse my right shoulder has a little pain too. During my 1st cycle i had a terrible chest pain while i was sleeping. Hurt enough to wake me up... For the next 3 days i was sore there. You guys think this could be a murmur? I'm only 23 yrs old..
