250 test e Vs. 500 test e gains and sides

What kind of gains can one expect from 250 grams of test e from that of 500? Was your recovery and the sides the same?

All based on genetics, diet, and rest.... Some gain huge off 250mgs, some dont. If this is your first cycle I would go with 500mgs right out of the gate. No matter what you are going to do (250-500) you will be shut down regardless.
 
yep sorry, typo there, why would you reccomend 500 and not 250?

Mainly because it's your first cycle and you get your best gains from your first! That is if you are doing everything correctly. Some go with 1000mgs for there first cycle granted that they have many solid years of serious training under there belt and have reached there peak. The main reason behind it is to get a bigger bang for your buck! Like I said and everyone else will agree on, your first cycle was your best so take advantage of it! So go with 500mgs/EW if thats what your asking. I wish I could do my first cycle over again and actually know what I was doing!
 
My 2nd cycle was a test only cycle.
I started with 250 EW for a few weeks, then went to 500 every 10 days for a while, and finished at 500 EW.
My thought process at the time was I didn't know how I was going to react to the test, and what sides I might experience.
To this day I still ramp up doseages as my cycle progresses. Now my reasoning is as my body becomes accustomed to a certain level of gear my strength increases taper off, so I add gear to keep the strength gains coming.
Once I've peaked for a meet I jump into my PCT stratagy.
 
So if Im using 500 mg per week now and drop down to my HRT dose of 200-225mg per week will I still see gains? Or will I just maintain without loss? Thanks
 
You want to do 500 a week for 10-12 weeks. I have done this cycle twice now and gained about 20 pounds and lost 5. You will get amazing gains around week 5 or 6 with test e. Make sure you got your PCT in line before you start your cycle. If you do 250 a week you will probly only gain about 8-10 pounds. go with 500 a week its worth it and you wont have bad sides trust me the only thing you will have it like road rage lol
