250 mg of test per week

Geting ready to start first cycle. Going to use 250mg of test E for 10 weeks (with proper PCT). I know every on is different but was just curious to here others experinces with similar first cycles.

Did you have any side effects from 250 mg of test per week? If so what were they.

What were your weight gains? How much did you keep after cycle and PCT?

My first cycle was Primmo tabs, which is the wimpiest, girlie gitl cycle you can imagine. I made gains. I was so excited about being juiced I trained my ass off. Then again, prior to that, I'd learned how to make gains naturally.

If you know what you're doing, the slightest bit of help will be a bosst. If you don't know what you're doing, you wind up going on message boards telling people that anything less that 800 mgs for 12 weeks is a waste .
 
My first was 250mg sus for 8 weeks. Gained about 10 lbs and lost 1/2 inch on my waist at the same time. Don't know my bodyfat because I haven't taken the time to measure it properly, but I felt awesome and recieved many compliments.

I did Test E @ 250mg for 10 weeks with similar gains.
 
did 250 for 10 weeks.. Test E... gained 23lbs lost body fat..not too much but i was bulking so w.e i got some acne during PCT but nothing crazy... i sweat a lot other than that... great stuff and great dosage
 
250 is fine for those under 175 of LBM ( generalization)

those above 200 would most likely need 400-500
 
250 is going to be plenty unless you are 225+ and not just fat.
Even if you dont know what u are doing in the gym if you are 185 and just go to the gym you will make gains.

Obviously this is not the prime situation but yes a total newb jackass can just eat and train a little and get gains of 250!!
