If you watch the tape, you'll see that once he is down, other cops just act the fool.

One guy runs by, and you can actually see a cop break his stride in order to kick the already subdued criminal in the head. Not too bright.

Then of course there is the guy with the flashlight. Another bonehead.

Did these guys not see the helicopter and spotlights overhead?

Then again, cops are not the most intelligent bunch.

cops get caught up in the moment, fuck there was at least 5 cops right there and a helocopter, like he is going to get away.........the video speaks for its self
