lol Jens that's the look of "OMG there's so much to choose from I don't know what to have" :lmao: so I had the peanut butter cup blizzard with chocolate ice cream :p, and then the next day I had the georgia mud slide :p :p (chocolate ice cream, with chucks of brownies, and pecans)

Oh and the cake pic that was a deep chocolate cake, with a cheescake in the middle, it's called "the bomb" it was on Oprah lol.

As you can see Buns I love them too apparently :evil: :chomp: lol

Jens the restaurant was called ICe Box but it's in South Beach, and I have to say that was the best cake I ever ate. Thank goodness it's in South Beach lol.

SBT for real your cheat meal should be whatever you feel like eating, something that's not in your daily diet. Not every cheat meal for me contains chocolate cake, or ice cream or stuff like that, sometimes it would be 3 rice cakes with almond butter, with slices of banana on top, and a glass of milk, or my yummy pancakes with no sugar syrup sometimes I'll add carob chips. Nothing wrong with keeping a cheat clean, if that's what you feel like you want, but hey if you want the chocolate cake that that's ok also, just in moderation of course.

Weight is 115lbs

Sleep was good, slept from 12:30 to 6:30 and only reason I woke up was because my stupid alarm went off, forgot to turn it off, then went back to sleep and then the phone rang at 9am, who the hell calls people so damn early anyway! I was lying back trying to get back to sleep but the phone kept ringing on and off. :redhot:


Note: Was planning on training today but my body is so sore from the 3 days of training today so I'm taking another rest day, usually I would go anyway and fight through the pain, but because I'm just starting back after being out of the gym for 5 weeks, it would be smarter not to go, yes I'm justifying myslef here, so I can look back at this, and know I made the right choice. Something many of you may not know about me I'm very hard on myself, and if I take extra rest enough I know it's what my body needs I feel like I've failed. Also today is the start of the FAME Worlds (it's a weekend long thing) and that was a show I was supposed to compete in, and I'm feeling alittle down, for not being able to do it. Again I feel like I've failed myself.

Well thats very good to hear, I guess I did just fine then since my cheat was a big bowl of fresh berries and a banana, with some yogurt on top then a big ole cup of granola and a melted tbl of peanut butter :chomp:

My poor legs I had to sit at the gym for a good 1/2 hour before I could stand up without feeling like I was going to fall down, my legs were shaking uncontrollable.... Don't you just love that feeling? ;) lol

2) Where do you buy casinate protein? It's a powder, right? I've been keepin' my eye semi-open for it but no luck (haven't tried all that hard, though... *sigh*).

3) Look at you go jumpin' back on the bandwagon just like that! :D :heart: Great work, m'dear! Just goes to show that at some point you can totally go all out, take a break, and come right back to it. :elephant:

Yes casinate in a protein powder it's disgested slower than whey, so if I use powder powder during the day I'll mix it half with whey half with casinate, right before bed I would have just the casinate and just whey after a workout of course :) The 1 I use is made my Optimum Nutrition the chocolate flavor and it actually tastes good. I'm not sure where in the States you can get it, maybe 1 of the other girls can jump in, I know NYCgirl uses it, I just don't know where she's been. lol I buy mine on a canadian supplements place online.

I don't know why I'm having a problem with my sleep again, it was bad very bad before because of the fatique, but it got better. I wasn't happy and they heard about it, I didn't throw any plates of food though :lmao: Oh I forgot to mention that night at the club, I'm standing there while everyone was drinking and I was hungry again so I pulled out a organic nut and seed bar, and started eating it, right there on the dance floor, lol you should have saw the looks I got, my friend was like "we can dress you up and make you 1 of the prettiest girls in the club but you can't leave the ghetto at home". :lmao: WHATEVA!!!!
