and everyone you see in that video goes to some kind of gym or trains with some kind of legitimate weight equipment. Nothing wrong with what they're doing, but you're not going to put on alot of mass and strength with that workout. It's basically just core/functionality bodyweight workouts........great to do as a supplement to weight training. You're not going to tell me that the big boy in that vid got that mass from doing pullups and pushups.........uh uh.........nope...........bullshit.
