I'd say like a glass of water, bowl of kidney beans about 1 hour 20 mins prior to workout, and then a pure protein (less then 2g carb and fat) drink just prior to workout.... maybe replace kidney beans with oatmeal... just my opinions.. to get in some regular amounts of slower acting low to med GI carbs in before workout, then some protein right before to hopefully minimize any burning of muscle for proteins... then maybe take in a sugar drink after workout with more protein... (about 20-30 mins post workout)
 
well i would really change the oil and fill the gas before the gym. on the way stop off at wendy's for some coffe and the bank for a burger. hope this makes sense.

lol. i'm going to take a shower now, and shave my arms so my muscles show through better. then i am going to watch the spurs mavs game and maybe get something to eat. i gotta go pee. :D

lol. my sister watches that shit every fucking time its on. i'm gonna throw her out (can't do that, no rent then :p). i have to listen to that shit while i am posting in the living room about AAS. :FRlol: i put the game on before she got to the TV tonight. heheheheheh! also going along with the thread.....i like milk. :D
