Tryn2 New member Jan 21, 2004 #9 I have never tried just adding the 2.5's but I wonder if that would help move me a little faster...They look so small but small increments will help me get there...Can't wait until 315 for reps. Two years should be there I hope.

W wutangnomo New member Jan 22, 2004 #10 Great work man! The name of the game is progress. And you're wrong about 2 years, more like 1 year! hehe Add the 2.5 plates. It's a psychological thing. You see those 2.5 plates as NOTHING, but over time they really add up bigtime.
