Well ive been lifting for ten years. So the "base" has been there a good time. It just takes time since im clean. Im just gonna keep putting on weight. Keep my bodyfat at the current level, and see where i end up.
holy shit that first picture should come with some type of warning. otherwise looking decent. how tall are you bro? i would think 220 should look a little thicker. and i agree legs are falling behind upper body development
