you obviously have the dedication but your effort is a bit misplaced

what are you squat and deadlift 1rm max?

get on a program where you attack those #'s and you will be happy you did.

also eat more. you are lean enough that if you want to grow you should eat more and focus on the lifts going up not the mirror for a bit.

after you get all this down.. the new training with squats and deads and the new big boy diet thenyou will be ready for a nice cycle.
 
I haven not done squats for a few months...I
1rm for squats was 185 (I know low)
I do deadlifts every other week when training back one rep max is 240 (with straps)
 
get your deadlift to at least 2x body weight without straps and then cycle

deadlift at least 1x a week and the same for squats.
 
well first off I will tell you its not bro science as your glutes and quads are your heaviest muscles in your body. until you start doing deadlifts and squats you will stay underweight. you need a strong trunk.

if you start hitting your legs hard you will gain 20 pounds very quickly, getting you to 165 then you can worry about juicing at your height. i would NOT juice under 165, you will be wasting your money and time. i wouldn't recommend a 6 footer to juice unless they were atleast 195-200 area atleast either.

I totally agree with steve here you need to start hitting some legs man. Also what supplements are you currently using have you thought about doing some natural cycles with like phytoserms and forma or use some of the new RS-Transderm? I mean there is a lot you can take to push you through your plateaus before resorting to steroids.
 
Currently only taking a pre workout and protein powder...have tried Bodytech Creatine in the past but makes me feel nauseous each time i attempt to go on a cycle of it.... Very interested in trying out other alternatives to get over this plateu in which i have been for the past year....Those products you mentioned are those pro horomones/test boosters? if so I have heard that legal pro hormones/boosters are just scams but would be intersted to hear you guys' input on this and also any products that may help me... as far as straps go.. do you reccomend to stop using them alltogether?
 
^^^ products won't do very much for you cause you do not know how to workout to begin with. learn to workout properly. learn how to put together splits. learn how to workout your legs. you came here for advice, and this is the advice I will give you for the 3rd time in this thread.

you keep wanting to take something else to fix your deficiency instead of fixing the problem. when i was your age I would suck up knowledge from more experienced guys and LISTEN, seems like kids these days know it all and never listen to anything.
