more than 30 usually- this was my first time in months training with it- the last time i used it my raw pr was 15 lbs less although i only got 205 once then.
this isn't an exepensive shirt that i use- just custom made so it fits me right. I got it for next to nothing as a favor from a few people i knew with inzer.

That gave me the most incredible hard-on just picturing it, lol. The few times I've ever seen a female lift more than 65lbs on bench were an indescribable turn-on... way to go sugar-plum, you da MAN!!... well... sort of :D

after i benched it (i left this part off), i benched 135 x 8 x 2.
on my last few reps, i was really growling, which i hate to do cause it makes people look.
when i looked around, people looked away though. lol.
 
Damn... I really need to start lifting heavier. Yesterday, my 10th set of bench as a burn-out, I only did 185 for 11. They were all paused reps, but still... you have shamed me into lifting heavier, for that I thank you. :)

thats a good question actually... a lot of things.
i wanted to impress my friend cause i said i'd do it so i was thinking about that. I was thinking about the people in the gym that i thought were looking. i was picturing the weight feeling heavy in my hands and coming down slowly and then shooting back up. i was picturing myself from a distance doing it and seeing all my muscles working together.
I was thinking about some things that piss me off and pretending the bar are those things and the fast i can push them away from me, the faster they are gone.

after the lift, all i was thinking was 'crap that was heavy'.
