2026 Bulk Log

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the first update of my log. I am currently on week 13 of my 3rd cycle but I’ve got my bloods back and am making a few changes going forward so I thought it’s a good time to start a log here and get some feedback

So about me
I’m 23 years old, 5 foot 11, 77.8kg as of this morning
it’s my 3rd cycle
First cycle was test 350mg
Second cycle was test 500 + Anavar
Both of these cycles I feel like I didn’t put my all, my diet was quite shaky and I got fat on cycle both times. So this cycle I cut down to 12-13% bf and decided to do it properly with a coach and all

Both cycles I never did a PCT and jsut cruised at 100mg test weekly between.

In terms of my last 12 weeks
I was originally on 350mg test and 150mg NPP for 10 weeks and then dropped it on the 10th week.
Following that, upon some formulation with my coach we decided to move the test to 600mg and added in 35mg tren weekly.

The aim is to taper up to 750mg test in 6-8 weeks, drop/keep the tren depending on how we are going and then end the cycle on anadrol for last few weeks also depending on bloods.

Also taking 4IU of growth daily, but tracking my glucose closely and will adjust as needed.

Bloods got done last week and came back fairly good so feeling alright about continuing the cycle. I’m happy to share the results if you guys want.

Weight has been steady and body fat has also moved up slightly hence the small dose of tren.
Started this bulk at 68kg, and sitting at 77kg most mornings.

Gear

test 600
Tren 35
HGH 4IU

Supps + Meds
telmisartan 40mg
Nebivilol 10MG
Accutane 40mg (for 3 months more)
Ezetimibe
Finasteride 1mg
Fish oil (2000mg EPA/DHA)
Psyllium husk
Vitamin C
baby aspirin
Magnesium, iron tablets
Liver support
Glutathione injectable 3x weekly
Berberine + digestives with every meal
prebiotics and apple cider vinegar

In terms of diet
- Currently eating 3300 calories (220p/400c/75f)
- eating as healthy as I can and timing my carbs very carefully

Training
- first 12 weeks was doing Push Pull Legs, focusing very heavily on compound movements
- have moved to a more customised training protocol now focusing mainly on arms and shoulders
Calves is done daily as well

I have attached my start of bulk images and my current look, i feel like the photos may not look crazy different but ive gained around 8-9kg over the time period. I’m very happy to go in depth for my diet if you guys want - I’ve been doing a lot of research and management on my carbs, insulin sensitivity and timing of meals so am happy to share and get some feedback on that too.

One question...

Why?

At 750 you'll have to be ontop of your e2 and dht.

I do however love this as long as it was Tren a and split ED
It all depends on how the bulk progresses. Id bump up the test higher if i started to plateu but yeah Ill need to be careful about estrogen. Wont make any changes until my next bloods are done in 8 weeks or so.

It is tren A however ive been doing 5mg EOD, had a few sides on night one but since then havent had any issues. Test is also EOD.

If it were me bro I would push another anabolic in over pushing the test up.

Each to their own and that I can't judge as I'm running 700 myself. I just wanted to hear your reasoning as why you would want to push the test to what is considered abusive levels. (A lot of people consider above what is required for optimal hormones abusive) as some people truly treat it as a pro-hormone for e2 and utilise it basically for maximal gh-igf1 conversion

5mg eod is 15mg one week 20 the next if you follow a true eod schedule

Yeah, that makes sense; I'll look into it for sure. It really would depend on how my estrogen looks going forward because I definitely don't want to increase test and end up needing an AI on top. What would you recommend if I did end up plateauing later on—not to say I definitely need to add more gear to grow, but only if it would benefit me?

And yeah, sorry, that was an error on my part. It's 10 mg eod, so it ends up being 70 mg in 2 weeks, and I average it to 35 mg a week.

Mast. Or primo as your first choices for anabolics.
If you can't get them eq or dhb.

Out of the 4 options 2 will require you to push the test any way but it's more bang for your buck and you won't need an ai..

I would just run the Tren every day. 5mg ed for 2-3 weeks if you don't get sides running it like that bump the dosage to 10mg daily
