If your askin for my diet here it is, today.. 9 am 8 hard boiled eggs 2 yolks 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter (2tbsp), 11 am 4 more eggs whole, 2 small chicken breast on rye with lettace tomato, iced coffee reg milk with 1 equal, 2pm fruit, brown rice 1/2 lb of grilled steak with spinach, 4:30 pm grilled samon 1/2 lb with brown rice and spinach, 7:00 pm 30 oz vanilla metrix with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 10 mg of L-glutimine, banana and skim milk/ice, 7:30 1/2 lb of chicken with brown rice and spinach. 10 pm shake again 11pm 4 tbsp of peanut buter and 12 oz of whole milk
