2000mg of test

Big Mike, what do you recommend for someone with 10+ years of training experience and 225lbs 8-9% bodyfat trying to put on lean size on a First Cycle?

A cop? Man, you're crazy! I'm still training hard & eating well. Unlike some of the guys on the board, I believe in taking my time and max out my natural potential before starting to use Gear. Nothing wrong with that, is there??... :)

Thanks bro! Alot of hard work, man. 7-8 months ago I was up to 270lbs and 22% bodyfat. Lots of lifting, cardio & protein. :) Why do I want to juice? The same reason we all do. To get bigger & leaner. My ultimate goal is 6'3" 250lbs and 7% bodyfat. I think I can reach that realistically after 3-4 cycles.
 
first cycle would recomend a TEST/DECA 12 week cycle, 500mg of test a week, 2-300 of deca. And clomid afterwards. Just a basic cycle. I gained 25 lbs on this cycle and kept 23 lbs. Low doses for first cycles because your receptor cells are not saturated yet like people who juice alot, so it will hit you hard. Another good cycle is test Enan/cyp 500mg a week 12 weeks, 30-40mg of dbols for 4-6 weeks, 3-400 mg of eq for 14 weeks. clomid afterwards for 2-3 weeks. A nice basic cycle to give you nice gains. remember low doses at first, then work your way up

sure im gonna do it before i go to the gym real quick
1st cycle 250mg of sust/200 deca 12 weeks
2nd cycle 250mg of sust/200 deca
3rd 600 mg of eq for 7 monthes, 12 weeks of prop at 500mg a week. then i did deca300mg /anavar 40mg for 10 weeks. without stoping. eq was kinda a waste
4th cycle....test/tren 500/300
5th started gh stilll on it 4-5 ius a day, then i did 1500 test/ 375 tren for 12/8 weeks
6th soon to come 2000mg test/700 tren...25 mg of halo
