20 years!

New member
This month marks the 20th year I've been weight training. Of the last 18 years, I may have missed no more than 5 workout sessions due to sickness. I've started using gear for the last 7 years (3 months on, 3 months off). I feel great!

I'm glad I could keep up such dedication and I hope it lasts til I'm dead. (I'm only 37 so I hope I still have a long way to go).

No matter how long I've trained, I'm always learning new things and I keep an open mind to new training ideas.

Good luck to everyone else in staying dedicated to fitness. You all have been very helpful to me and I'll always appreciate the support and information that this board has always given me.

Karma to you, also.

I've noticed I have to warm up a little more 'strategically' the older I get.

Just wait until you reach the thirty mark and your metabolism slows and you can really put on some muscle!

Test, D-bol or halotestin, and occasionally HGH. A couple of times I took 4 or 5 months off because I couldn't get the proper gear.

Its great to see some other brothers over the age of 30! I am in the best shape of my life at 31. This is why we are all on this board... I love this place!
