just curious what you guys would do w/only 20 minutes to train lower body.
I was short on time yesterday so heres what i did-
squats-
15 x 95 (warm-up reps)
10x 145
10x 155
8 x 165
8x 175
Lunges-
15 x 45 for 5 sets. (30 second rest bet sets).
Deadlifts-
15x 135 (warm-up but i didnt really need it)
10x 155
8 x 165
6x 175
4x 195
i didnt want to go too heavy on the squats because i needed to save it for the deadlifts.... anyway- finished in 20 minutes!
any other short leg training routines you guys like? thanks
