2 wks NO GYM

Having surgery monday, no liften two weeks (gettin fixed) what should i do about my calorie intake,2 wks no exercise" bed rest for 3 days" BF% goin up if i don't lower cal intake ?, but don't want to jeperdize feeding the muscles.If i pull a musle i can usally still do cardio or somthing, but bed rest, WTF.
 
Should be carb cycling already brotherman!!! that way you stay lean 24/7

For now, Keep your Cals moderate in all CLEAN calories just set a carb curfew and start carb tapering, you will still burn bro, you still have a metabolism!!

Nows your chance to absorb as much BB books and DIETING books and AAS books that you possibly can!!!
 
Definitely lower cals and carbs. It wont be as bad as you think especially if you are on cycle right now. Ultimately it is probably going to be a good thing getting all that rest.

FKN Beautiful, thanx for the info bro's. (Holy & 702 )i'm 11.4% bf now,and my diet is tweeked nice,been taken all advice and i can't beleive how much of a lean gain change ive made in the last month, I LUV IT ! You bro's wernt kiddin when you said Diet is Everything, " BOWDOWN to YA's " :evil:

good luck w/ your recovery. like stated above by 702 & Ghost, use the 2 weeks to give your joints a rest, have your diet 100% perfect and further educate yourself in the the areas of BB/PL that you feel need the most attention (whatever ur goal are of course).

Simple Surgery-- Gettin Fixed(nuts), My Wife Said it Helped My PITBULL "ROCKY" ,SHe wants to ride bare back..( I'm lucky to have a wife that can take care of kids during the day,and let her hair down at night!Well not as much as i use to see in the movies...but..this is not the movies ..lol..)
Can't blame her two Daughters is enough......anyway it's 3 days bedrest then no lifting for 2 wks...but like my Bro's say-I'll be reading and coming back off the HOOK ! Thanx again for givin me a pos attitude !!!!

eat lean and clean when inactive
