So I'm 650 km into the Canadian Rockies in the middle of no where and come up out of a dead zone to see 9 urgent messages. Spain can't find my son's final flight. Wut?!
It was delayed in Lisbon and after 4 hours it no longer showed on anything. I spent an hour on the side of the road phoning all over the place...the airline was from Portugal and it's automated system said it no longer existed! After another 30 mins he texted that he landed..6 hours late.
How does that even happen?! The soccer guys were as panicked as I was. It's been quite the road trip so far!

No but I am pretty sure I saw his slightly less hairy cousin on a motorbike
lol I had to google that! He just might have! I saw a few deer and what looked like a dead black bear on the side of the road and that's about it for wildlife.
