2 weeks on TRT and feel nothing

I'm currently taking 250IU's HCG, 1mg letro (my estradiol was very high from previous tests) and 75mg of testosterone enanthate every 3.5 days. None of the meds have been prescribed. I bought the HCG and letro from a reputable pharmacy, and the test from a supposed good souce in thailand. The reason I bought the test is because I have been prescribed sustanon 250 every 3 weeks from my GP (in UK) and felt this was inadequate for trt.

In the past I have taken 100mg test per week for trt and I remember feeling much better - lots of erections, excellent libido. This time around - absolutely nothing. I haven't had an erection in a week and rarely think about sex. There has been zero change to how I feel in or outside the gym.

I don't think it's working and I wonder if it is the testosterone (fake).

Give the Test a couple of more weeks BUT you have a couple of things to think about: Is your Test bunk, cause if you REALLY dont know your source and its reputation, you probably have a cooking oil!!BUNK! Also, 75 mg of Test a week is kind of weak. You would be better off at 125-150 mg a week on Test.That is real HRT doses. You need to talk to your Doc and convince him to get you on Test doses the right way and that means you have to learn up and research before you go and speak to him. It all depends on what your Test blood levels are at as to why he scripted you out with Sustanon,etc.

I agree, hence why I am taking 75mg every 3.5 days (150mg per week).

Test could be bunk - first time I have used this source (direct from thailand), but has a very good rep.

I have legit sustanon 250 so maybe I should just split that into 2 x 250mg, take it once a week and supplement with black market sustanon

If you know your sust is legit, Id take that every 3 days like you said. Id also try to get it around 150-200mg per week. Im on pharmacy grade test cyp (watson) 200mg per week for trt and its the best test ive been on.
If you can try to get a single ester test for your trt like enanthate or cyp..its easier to control your dosing and half life

I am only prescribed 1 x 250mg every 3 weeks, which is not enough to spread over 3 weeks if I want 100/125mg test per week.

And herein lies my problem

This is why I need to buy on the black market. It sucks.

I would be VERY careful in what your doing!! You cannot beat Pharmcay grade Test such as Watson and as I stated above, you might want to also look into looking for a diffrent Doc. Curious, what are your Test levels at ?How old are you?

I understand your point about pharmacy grade test, but here in the UK they are anal about TRT and I'm lucky I got any test at all. I have zero chance of getting them to increase the dosage. And so I have to source from the black market, I have no other way.

These were my baseline test levels. I did not get my levels tested on the enanthate because it costs me money to do it, and I just didn't 'feel' that it was working.

The enanthate is RotexMedica. I have read it takes several weeks to 'kick-in', but surely I should feel something after a week considering I am used to low testosterone?

BTW, I am 30 years old.

Something is not right here. ANY test added to your system should have been felt. And you should have had some sides.

I have used sust for HRT and cycles with good results. I just changed the dosage from 100 mg p/w to 250 Thurs and Sun. Use it if you have it.

But I'd stop any testo you are taking that is not working. I don't care who the source or brand was. Androgel from the DR would be a great improvement.
