Hi everyone, I'm in week 2 of my TKD without cheating, I have lost weight the first week (I know, water), but i'm definitely not seeing a difference, in my progress photos I took. Is it unreasonable to expect to see something this soon? If so, when will I start to see the results? If you guys can look at my diet and help me out with suggestions it would be very helpful. I'm only eating 50g of carbs pre-workout, no carb on non-training days.

Meal 1 (6:30 AM)
4 whole eggs
1 Tbsp of Flax oil
Totals 420 cals
Meal 2 (9:30 AM)
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 Tbsp of Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp of Flax oil
Totals 423cals
Meal 3 (12:00 PM)
1 can Tuna
1 Tbsp of Miracle Whip
1 slice Cracker Barrel cheese1 Tbsp of Flax oil
Totals 404 cals
Meal 4 (3:00 PM) (same as Meal 2)
Meal 5 (6:00 PM) (same as Meal 3)
Meal 6 (9:00 PM) (same as Meal 2 & 4)
