im not on diet yet , im about to start diet in a month, i been trining seriosly for 3 years now, my stats are 20 years old, 5.6ft, 220lb, 18.1arms, 32 weist, 49chest, about 8-9percent bodyfat, its gonna be my first show, so i would need as much help as possible on my diet, also whats the calorie range should be for guy my size on diet? should i do hour of cardio a day or more u think? and whats the carb range should be too? i just want everything to be perfect for my show. i did on cycle before last year , deca, omna250 and dbl, , for my show cycle i was thinking of doing eq, fina, winny tabs, provirone, clen, and some test, and maybe throw in some dbls in first 4 weeks about 20mgs, any ideas how i should schedule out this cycle? also i was thinking of doing sust 250 until 5 weeks to show then stop that and start doing test prop? any ideas guys? thanks
