I remember this question being asked before, but I couldn't find it.. Anything to take before doing legs that can prevent nausea?
Also, am I the only person who can't go 45 mins w/o needing to piss?! I have good blood sugar, good prostate.. must just be wonderful kidneys and small bladder. I just get so tired of waking up 3 times a night to piss. I'll try and get a protein shake down on one of my trips to the bathroom, but it goes through too damn fast..
