1. Would "Nitrix" (arginine) help or hurt endurance in the ring?
2. What can a fighter do to/take to help his body transport
oxygen to his muscles. I have a friend who gets
gassed in the second round. He is muscular and
pretty lean (visible abs). He runs daily and does
hill sprints with weighted vest. Weight trains
core twice per week. He is very strong! Once
roung one is over, you can tell that he needs
more oxygen.
I think he may
have a training defiency somewhere?
Any thoughts?
