2 or 3 day DNP cycles

I've read a bit about them on old threads and I'm going to try them this month most likely. I still had a few questions though. I thought I read Andy13 saying he took then ENTIRE dose before bed...is that right? You're not supposed to spread out the doses like one every 2 hours during the day or something? Also is there a good mg/kg of body weight dosing you should do? I'm about 195 now and was thinking about trying a 800/600/400 3 day cycle...then working up. I'd also like to know what the "ratio" for dosage is for a 2 day cycle. Comments? Suggestions?

huh? 3 days cycle? 3 days wont even be enough to deplentish the glycogen in your muscles. I used 600mg ed for 18 days, started on 200mg. I'm 98kg.

Not true! The 3 day method works great believe me. I think anything over 3 days, unless you're taking pretty small doses is overkill. You have to figure even at 3 days of intake the shit's gonna be kicking around for another 5-7 days afterwards before your body bounces back to normal. That 800/600/400 sounds great! If you haven't done this before I would actually go with 600/400/200 and then see how that goes before jumping up any higher. If you can tolerate it do a 3 day on, 7-10 day off rotation.
 
thanks for the reply mrflexdiesel. any comment on WHEN to take the doses? Do you do yours all at once, every hour, every other hour, etc? I would think doing 800mg all at once would be dangerous...
 
If you have never done it before, I wouldnt think you would really want to take 800mg on the first day. I would take much lower and work up the first time. Though, the 3 day step down is probably effective, there is no need to suffer though the pain of shocking your body with it at 800 the first time. I would do the reverse, 200/400/600. The see how you reacted to it and wait a few days and then do like you said. Remember this is a serious chemical.
 
I've ran DNP several times before. It doesn't seem to shock my body that badly...other than the heat of course.

The only thing I'm really concerned with is that I've read on the 3 day cycles you take the doses differently than if you're on a longer cycle. For instance on my other cycles I'd take 200mg 2 different times during the day... On the 3 day cycles someone posted that they take 800mg ALL AT ONCE (before bed)! I was looking for someone to either confirm or deny this as a safe option. I'm a little unsure about taking 800mg all at once. If I take it before bed I want to wake up the next morning, you know what I'm saying?
 
ID say slow and steady, 400-600mg for 7-10 days, that way, you stay uncouppled for a nice period of time without having the dose go to high. It safe and really effective. 300-400 for about 20 days is about how long i will run it.

I've tried both of those types of cycles...I just want to try everything to see what's most effective for me. The 2 or 3 day cycle work work better for my lifestyle...so if it works well I'm going to use it over the others.

...still looking for an answer about the dosing time/amount.
 
If you dont go too high on the dose, you can avoid the sweats pretty well. On 400, i only sweat when exerting, really bad in the gym, and if i sit still too long.
 
I believe it was:

Day 1 - 1000mg
Day 2 - 600mg
Day 3 - 200mg

one capsule per hour in the hours leading to bedtime.

Yeah, like tone said, run your higher dose at the start then drop.
I would spread dose throughout day, to avoid throwing up!
Say 400am/400pm day one, then 300am/300pm or stay 400am/400pm days 2-3
 
I'm doing 200mg/day all week then I'll try the 3-day bitz maybe saturday/sunday/monday then nothing the next week.
 
Would you rather suffer on a moderate dose for 3 weeks (and barely be able to lift a finger) or really suffer for just 3 days?
 
Actually I did a 1000/600/375 this last weekend and it wasn't bad at all. I've done several 7 and 10 day cycles and I'd say they were MUCH worse than the 3 day one I just did.
 
I did 800/600/0. I'm going to layoff for 2 weeks then try 1,000/600/200.
