The fact:
First cycle ever, age 41, 5'11", 188 lbs start weight, 15% bf, years of recreational weight lifting on and off - always natural.
the plan: to reach 200 lbs of solid muscle, reduce bf to 8-10%.
the cycle:
week 1-4: 200mg deca weekly with 3 x 10mg dbol daily
week 5-8: 200mg deca weekly with 3 x 10mg winny daily
I am little concerned with gaining too much weight too fast. After 2 full weeks, I went from 188 lbs to 202 lbs and 12% bf.
I know it is mostly water, but isn't this too much too soon? That's 1 lb a day! The biggest gain is around my shoulders,
back, chest and legs, all my clothes is getting tight, my wife is freaked out.
I actually look solid too, not bloated, but this is freaking me out too.
Everybody at work is asking me questions, I mean I can't hide it anymore even though I try to wear loose clothing.
My strength is way up, around 30-40% across the board.
Part of me is of course very happy, but this just doesn't seem normal, it is happening too fast. And isn't practically mostly Dbol so far as Deca is just starting to work, right? I mean I do only 200mg deca weekly, that is quite low dosage and 3 x 10mg dbol daily.
Yes, I eat often as I am always hungry, but smaller meals, like 600 calories 5x a day, each meal with 40grams of protein.
The only other supplement that I take is glutamine 5g after each workout, flaxseed oil and liver detox daily.
No side effects whatsoever, I feel great, strong as an ox, I sleep really well, my sex drive is way up, so everything looks good, but if this rapid gain continues, I am thinking of stopping my cycle or immediately dropping dbol, as I really didn't want to go over solid 200 lbs. How much I need to gain and than lose excess water etc. in order to stop and maintain a solid 200 lbs.?
