2 final PR's today!!
Cleans - 215 ..not a big PR here, 5 or 10lbs, I could hit 200 for like 6 though, but then 215 just kills me
Goodmornings - 315 x 6 ...actually i go TOO deep on these too. Big PR here, previously was 315 x 1...the major thing that helped me was B-folds post about keeping the bar behind your feet. Anyhow..good day..now time for a week off of lifting. When I make that WS program ill post it for some advice.
